Terms of Service
By creating an ElectraFlow account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
Professional Engineering Disclaimer
ElectraFlow is a design assistant; all technical results must be verified by a licensed professional engineer. ElectraFlow is not liable for implementation errors.
The calculations, sizings, bills of quantities and exports produced by ElectraFlow are decision-support outputs and do not constitute a substitute for the professional judgment of a qualified, licensed electrical engineer. The user is solely responsible for the verification, validation, signing, stamping and on-site implementation of any design produced with the help of the service.
1. The Service
ElectraFlow provides web-based tools for electrical load schedules, cable and breaker sizing, BOQ generation, and PDF/Excel exports based on standards such as IEC 60364, NF C 15-100 and BS 7671. The service is offered "as is" and may be updated, modified, or temporarily interrupted for maintenance.
2. Accounts
- You must provide a valid email address and keep your account credentials confidential.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must be at least 18 years old, or of legal age in your jurisdiction.
- One account per person; sharing credentials is not permitted.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
- ElectraFlow offers a free trial and a paid Pro subscription billed via our payment provider.
- Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the Subscription page; access continues until the end of the current paid period.
- Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy (14-day money-back guarantee on first paid subscription).
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of the service
- Resell, sublicense or redistribute the service without written permission
- Upload content that is unlawful, infringing, malicious, or that you do not have rights to
- Use the service to overload, probe, or attack our infrastructure
5. Your Content
You retain all rights to the project data you input. You grant us a limited license to store, process and display your data solely to operate the service for you. We do not claim ownership of, and will not sell, your projects.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ElectraFlow's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to errors in implementation, project delays, lost profits, or lost data.
7. Standards Compliance
ElectraFlow's calculations follow widely adopted standards (NF C 15-100, IEC 60364). Standards evolve and local regulations may add specific requirements. The user is responsible for verifying that the output complies with the applicable national or local code in force on the project site.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that are used fraudulently.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where ElectraFlow operates. Disputes will be resolved in good faith first by direct discussion and, failing that, by the competent courts.
