Refund Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with ElectraFlow. If the platform does not meet your expectations, you can request a full refund under the conditions below.
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
ElectraFlow offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the service for any reason, you may request a full refund within fourteen (14) calendar days of your initial paid subscription charge.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please send an email to electraflow.support@gmail.com from the email address associated with your ElectraFlow account. Include the following information:
- Your account email address
- Date of the payment for which you are requesting a refund
- A brief reason for the refund (optional, but helps us improve)
Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days back to the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
Eligibility
- The 14-day guarantee applies to your first paid subscription. Renewals are not eligible.
- The free trial period is not subject to a refund (no payment is taken).
- Refunds will not be issued in cases of demonstrated abuse of the platform or violation of our Terms of Service.
